the location was central, that is true. however the noise at night was pretty bad. i expected better soundproofing. the staff offered earplugs, but i still had trouble sleeping. the room also got quite warm, and i couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking.

Central Stay

prime location attentive staff dining options
The hotel's location was fantastic for accessing excursions! It was very close to the harbor. The staff were helpful and attentive to all requests I made. The dining options impressed me, and I enjoyed the meals. They was very good.
My room faced the street. This resulted in noticeable street noise at night. I could hear conversations and loud vehicles. The hotel needs to install better soundproofing.
Service
9/10
The reception staff were very helpful with directions and also provided useful information about the likelihood of seeing the Northern Lights each day. They efficiently managed check-in and check-out processes.
